The AD Interiors 2019 exhibition at the Hôtel Coulanges in Paris was the scene of a remarkable collaboration with interior designer Thierry Lemaire. His work was surely one of the most dazzling pieces in this exhibition. The “Reflection Room”, a unique creation that left its mark with the walls and ceiling entirely covered in mirrors, creating an infinite reflection effect.
This daring installation was carried out in partnership with Like Mirror, specialists in strech mirrors. The ceiling mirror we created created an illusion of endless space, making the room seem like it went on forever.
Inside this “Reflection Room”, every detail was meticulously thought out. A sumptuous bed decorated with animal skin adornment sat in the center of the room. Opposite, a white marble fireplace added a touch of sophistication, while a blue monochrome painting by Klein, an icon of contemporary art, completed this luxurious ambiance.
This collaboration between Thierry Lemaire and Like Mirror has created a unique visual and spatial experience. The mirrors on the ceiling not only visually expanded the room, but also intensified the reflective appearance of each element, creating a magical and captivating atmosphere.
